An “EZE-TOW” Tow Dolly review… Mr Coomber

Hi Richard.
Just thought i would give you some feedback from our experience with the car dolly that we purchased from you last August.
As we live in Canada we had to have it shipped to Buffalo but that turned out to not be a problem,as we made a weekend camping over there, the weather was great and the shipping company couldn't be more helpful to us. After de-crating the dolly a couple of drivers helped me with the installation and then took all the crating material away for me leaving us to drive away in a short time to enjoy the rest of the week end.
We have just returned from a seven week tour of your country ranging from Utah and Las vegas,on our western swing,to the Carolinas on the eastern side, the dolly worked extremely well and we only had one flat tire ( road hazard ) on our 7,000-mile journey. The straps however did not stand up to the constant on and off and frayed badly on the inside of the top strap, even though we kept it away from the strut, therefore we had to re-inforce them with another strap around the top to stop the main part of the strap pulling through the loop. Another problem we encountered was the metal ring kept moving down the tire making it very difficult to release on arrival at the campground. After watching the new strapless system I have ordered a set and hope this will cure the problem.
I have had other dollys but they are very secondary to your product and more expensive without the luxury of disc brakes, that incidentally work so well even on the steep grades of Colorado, that we felt, comfortable in being able to stop if we had to.
Therefore you have a great product and I would not hesitate to recommend you to all my R V colleagues that need a dolly

Talk to you soon,
