Pickup Instructions

We schedule pickup appointments on a first-come, first-served basis.

Appointments are available from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

We allow for 30 minutes of instruction time per pick up. Please make every effort to be on time.

We need advanced notice of if you’re only picking up your dolly, or if you’re going to load a car on the dolly. If you want to load a car on the dolly, we need to know if you will be towing the dolly and car with an RV or another vehicle. We also need to know what kind of car you’ll be towing on the dolly.

Before you arrive, you need to verify that your car can be towed on a tow dolly.

If your car has a locking steering column, you need to know how to unlock the column for towing.

If your vehicle is AWD, verify that it can be towed on a dolly.

*We will not be able to research the above items during you pickup time
