Advisory: Rusted Brake Rotors

Make certain the actuator is in the forward position. If not, the brakes are still activated.

 

If your Car Tow Dolly has been sitting for a while, then the rotors have most likely flash rusted. The rust has bonded with the brake pads.

 

Once you put your car on the dolly and start to move it will all break free and the rust will burn off.
